2001 to present

• Developer and teacher of the Jyotish Trilogy™, Jyotish Power™ events, and Jyotish Plus™ events (see the Jyotish Courses and Seminars page). Dozens of graduates now practice and teach Jyotish full or part-time. Many use Jyotish to complement disciplines like psychology, Western astrology, hand analysis, Yoga, Ayurveda, Vastu, or Feng-Shui.
• Program Coordinator for the Vedic Vidya Institute in San Rafael, California. Develops and teaches a flourishing curriculum designed to train teachers and students in a range of Vedic subjects, including Vedanta, Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, Jyotish, Hasta Samudrika, Vastu, and Sanskrit.

 

1988 to 2001  

• Enormous, independent Jyotish practice. Before retiring to teach, research, and write in 2001, hundreds of clients populated waiting lists in many cities. Typical waiting time for a consultation was one year or more.
• Recurring, regular worldwide tours to give lectures, seminars, and consultations in Australia, North America, Europe, and India. 
• As a faculty member of Dr. Vasant Lad's Ayurvedic Institute of New Mexico from 1990 to 2001, founded and taught a thriving Jyotish curriculum during tenure. 

1975 to 1988

• Developed successful Jyotish practice under guidance of K.L Mantri.

• Japa initiation and occasional instruction from the renowned Vedantin, Swami Dayananda Saraswati.

• Multiple shaktipat intiations and sadhana instructions from the famous adept Jain Swetambara saint, Suboda Sagara Maharaja.

 

2000 to 2003

• More intensive, one-on-one instruction in Yoga Sutras and Vedanta from brilliant Indian mystic and teacher, K.L. Mantri. 

 

1973 to 1988

• Intensive, continuous, traditional one-on-one training in Jyotish and related Vedic traditions from aforementioned K.L. Mantri. 
• Licensed for fourteen years under the Drugless Practitioner Act of Ontario (Canada) after successful studies.

 

1966 to 1973

• Buddhist, Yoga, Astrology, and some Jyotish study—most of it self-directed, but with some instruction and initiation from diverse mentors.
